The Worm, as known to all those of you who train Cross training, will present a great challenge for your team. The KingsBox Team Sand bag, which’s weight is unevenly distributed will help you and your team gain power, balance and control over this tool. The package consists of an outer elongated bag with reinforced stitches and seven small sacks, which are filled with sand or other-like materials. The bags are of different sizes and, consequently, their maximum weight varies. All inner bags have a dual closing system to prevent the material being scattered out of the bag to the floor.

It comes empty, so you can fill it with the fine sand of your choice. Do not use wet sand for filling the sandbags, as the dampness can cause mold growth.
