Plyo box (plyometric box) is as the name suggests, meant for plyometric training and is a very popular piece of equipment for cross-training. But Plyo Boxes are relatively big and can take up precious space in smaller gyms, home gyms, and studios. Mighty Plyo Platform is a space-saving solution that can be quickly attached to and detached from rig structure. You can easily regulate the height by attaching it to a different hole in a pillar. Available are two different versions of the product. One attaches to the side of the pillar (Mighty Plyo Platform – side fit), the other attaches to the front (Mighty Plyo Platform – front fit). Both are compatible with our Mighty Rigs and Racks.


Before you start using the product, you must make sure that the rack is firmly fixed to the floor.
