Gyms are no exception to this: if they want to meet the measures to prevent the spread of infection, they must make sure that the trainees are at a suitable safety distance and do not use the same equipment.That is why we envisioned a workout station designed to provide a full body workout. The package includes a Mighty (80 × 80 mm) pillar, 250 high, which is attached to the ground. It can be equipped with various accessories the basic package includes an adjustable Wall Ball Target, a Start Up Bar for performing pull-ups and muscle-ups, a plyo platform was added for plyometric exercises as well as two Mortar attachments for making sure the discs are put away and in order.
